Larkspur
The Town of Larkspur is a hidden gem within Colorado. Located between Castle Rock and the Tri-Lakes area it provides its residents a nestled community along the I-25 corridor. Attractions within the Town include the annual Colorado Renaissance Festival and the Jellystone Park at Larkspur.
Perry Park

The Pinery
The Pinery is a community with mountain views, wild flowers and wildlife galore. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but is quite near to Parker, Castle Rock and Denver. The mountains are only a couple of hours away, so it offers the best of both worlds. There are approximately 1,800 homes in the Pinery Homeowners’ Association (PHA). Each is unique and has its own atmosphere. Some homes have been built on a hill and have a view spanning from Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs to downtown Denver. Others are nestled in groves of aspens or pine trees with lots of privacy.
Lone Tree
Lone Tree, on the southern edge of the Denver metro area, is home to a proud citizenry who embody their pride in the city motto, “It’s a great day to be in Lone Tree.” With a number of activities including the ever-popular annual Summer Concert Series, the popular Park Meadows Mall, golf courses and an extensive trail system, this community has everything you need.
Highlands Ranch
Now a suburb of Denver, Highlands Ranch was first settled around 1860, most notably by Rufus Clark, the so-called Potato King. One of the area’s earliest philanthropists, he donated money and land to what became some of the area’s finest parks. Highlands Ranch boasts 26 parks, several of which include off-leash areas for dogs. More than 70 miles of trails allow for running, biking or simply a short stroll.
